Greetings good people
I haven't had much opportunity for good photographs over the last few weeks, but I thought that I was being a bit too quiet.
I though that I would share some of the websites that I follow;
For the best quality prints and service visit the Agfa Digital Foto Lab in Greenstone shopping center, Edenvale. To see some of our products and services visit the facebook page:

Spring is in the air folks!
Last week we had our first summer rains, and a real downpour it was!
Needless to say the trees and flowers are blooming with vigour and it provides many great opportunities for photos!
Here are a few from today, along with a few pet portraits.
Having a small zoo here at home I am often presented with willing - and not so willing - models. Here are some more photos of my pets!
On another note, a fellow photographer; one of considerably more skill than yours truly, was a victim of "photo theft" where photos he had taken were published and no credit was given to him.
Please folks follow up on these things, send them an invoice or a cease and desist letter demanding that the due credit be given! We need to assert our rights or we will be walked all over!
I would redirect you to one of my first posts where I discuss copyright, and also to this interesting article:

Also if you like take a look at Paul Samuel's work (The photographer I mentioned earlier):

As always comments are welcome!

The Flowers and the Bearded Dragon (Lulu is her name) were shot with natural light and my macro lens. The cats, dog and guinea pig were shot in studio (3 light setup) with my newest addition; a canon 50mm; 1.8.
